Objective

After completing the course, the students are able to:
• identify clothing tools and accessories and use them appropriately.
• use the most common machinery and equipment in the clothing industry.
• identify and understand the most common technical solutions used in different products.
• understand and develop technical instructions (structural design with cross-sectional images)
• technically design details for different kind of garments.
• utilize and apply their own expertise in team work and future projects.

Content

The most common machinery and equipment in the clothing industry. Technical details of clothing. Practical exercises. Technical structural design of products with cross-sectional images. Various accessories and use of support materials. Cutting small series of garments in groups.
