Objective

The general objective of the engineering education in Information and Communication Technology is to enhance your expertise. The expertise consists of general knowledge and skills, attitudes, and field-specific knowledge and skills acquired in various education and in working life. In order to enable enhancing your know-how towards expertise presumes the identification and evaluation of the strengths, weaknesses and development opportunities of your current situation. The objective of this study course is to identify and to approve student's work-based learning occured during the student's career.

Content

The implementation varies case by case, but the report contains your evaluation your expertise acquired in the working life with relation to the objectives of engineering education, but also with relation to the current and future requirements of the working life. The analysis helps you to identify your strengths and development opportunities and helps you to make choices to enhance your expertise.

Levels of expertise:
0= is not able to do sth
1= novice
2= apprentice, manage to carry our simple tasks, knows the basics and routines
3= advanced, manage to know-how in ordinary work under guidance
4= professional, qualified to work independently
5= master, qualified to develop and supervise, and to instruct others
