Objective
The student has broad knowledge of service design and will further expand their understanding of an area of their choice. The student is familiar with service design literature and discussion in the field. The student becomes familiar with the holistic design of a service. The student is able to apply research to design work.

The student knows service design literature and other discussions. The student has extensive experience in holistic design and the service design process in practice. The student has good knowledge of the possibilities of research related to service design.

The student understands the areas of service design and knows the areas of their choice well. The student has a deep understanding of the service experience. The student knows service design literature and other discussions in the field and can reflect critically on them. The student is proficient in the holistic design and service design process and can apply these creatively in practice. The student has extensive and practical knowledge of the possibilities of research related to service design.
