Objective

The student is able to apply user-oriented design in a project and make well-informed technological decisions and choices of content.

Content

The student works on a project and chooses a professional role that they focus on. The role can be, for example: technology manager, producer / team leader, user interface and usability designer, concept and content manager.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student
• participates and utilises digital design methods in a client project
• recognises their own skill level
• understands the importance of group and customer communication for project work
• is able to document the project
• is able to act in a self-directed manner and solve problems creatively
• produces satisfactory outcomes in their role in the project.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student
• applies their project working skills in a client project and is able to reflect on their skill level
• appropriately participates in project communication both within the group and with the client
• is able to produce diverse documentation about the progress of the project
• is capable of active self-managing and problem-solving
• works with others to develop practical and creative solutions, practices, or services to meet customer needs.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student
• applies their project working skills in a client project
• demonstrates versatile abilities to reflect their skill level
• initiates and develops communication both within the group and with the client
• produces diverse and high-quality project documentation
• is capable of active self-managing and creative problem-solving
• is able to work with others to produce practical, creative and innovative solutions, practices or services to meet the customer needs.
