Learning outcomes

On completion of the course the student can
- acknowledge methods needed to build inclusion in different communities
- build physical and virtual spaces for inclusive community work
- design and implement inclusive regional or thematic community development
- take into account the goals of sustainable development
- acknowledge the job description of a community manager and utilize essential tools
- act as coordinator for inclusive communal work
- facilitate different events

- Building physical and virtual platforms
- Design and implementation of regional or thematic community development operations
- Promoting sustainable development and accountability in inclusive community work
- The work and skills of community manager
- Facilitation processes and methods

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to acknowledge the basic concepts and roles of physical and virtual inclusion platforms as methods of organizing cultural work. The student is able to design inclusive community building operations, taking into account the goals of sustainable development.

The student can utilize the physical and virtual inclusion platforms as methods of organizing cultural work. The student is able to design and implement inclusive community building operations, taking into account the goals of sustainable development.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to design and critically evaluate different models of cultural work aiming at communal inclusion. The student is able to design and implement inclusive community building operations, taking into account the goals of sustainable development. The student is able to utilize different physical and digital tools and spaces for facilitation.
