Objective

The student will know the fundamentals of land registration, as well as parceling out land. He or she will be familiarized with the basic real estate terms. He or she will know the possibilities of working with property issues and the fundamentals of building regulations. The student will be able to prepare the documents needed in parceling and will be familiar with the procedure.

Content

The fundamentals of land registration; parceling out a site; the fundamentals of property law, with emphasis on the participants’ legal protection and an engineer’s appointment to oversee the proceedings; legislation, essential guidelines and warrants; carrying out the process with its problems; field work and establishing legal documents; easements; right of way; common land in the system of environmental division of real estate

The student knows how to parcel out a site with moderate help of a professional surveyor. He or she knows how to register the act.
