Prerequisites
The student is able to identify, describe and produce elements of melody, harmony, rhythm and form at an elementary level both orally and in writing, within the context of their own musical background. The student knows how to notate simple musical figures from a recording.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The student knows how to act according to agreed schedules and return their
learning assignments on time. The student can work as an active member of a group and give constructive feedback on the contributions of the other group members. The student presents and argues their own contribution to the group as agreed and is able to receive feedback and reflect on their own performance. The student passes a written and oral examination.
