Objective
On completion of the course, the student is able to collaborate with members of the construction site management team and supervise
different phases of construction during practical training.
In addition, the student can draw up employment contracts and team contract agreements.

1.Basic human needs, well-being at work, sources of motivation and risks
2.Characteristics of organisations, efficient collaboration and interaction
3.Leadership models, supervision and critical situations
4.Best practices of leadership and collaboration on a construction site
5.Employment contracts, working hours and wages
6.Starting and terminating an employment contract

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
On completion of the course the student can
- supervise workers during practical training
- prepare an employment contract
- describe the characteristics of employment, the contents of an employment agreement and the working hours in a standard employment contract
- list the conditions for terminating an employment contract.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- is able to participate in solving conflicts in a positive way
- can draw up a team contract agreement.

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- can apply different styles of management depending on the situation in his or her practical training.
