Objective
Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Assess the strategic management of an organisation
- Analyse strategic measures and indicators
- Apply the key principles of strategic management in their practice
- Draw up an action plan for a workplace based on the organisation’s strategy
- Promote the development of workplace skills in accordance with strategic objectives

- Act in accordance to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in management of care older people
