• understands mechanisms and opportunities of arts and culture as a source for well-being and health
• becomes familiar with the connections between culture and well-being
• is able to see and explain cultural / arts as a creative factor, as part of the everyday activities and as a source of well-being at work
• is able to see and to develop new customer-oriented ways of working and business models
multidisciplinary and cross-sectorally.
• knows and understands the possibilities for action in different environments and for different customer groups
• understands the conditions of multi-disciplinary and multi-professional team work
