Description
This international semester package is suitable for students interested in energy production, water treatment, project management and resource efficiency. The package consists of courses from the fields of energy and environmental engineering and material sciences. Studies include laboratory exercises, projects and theoretical lectures. In project courses students work in group with given problem in collaboration with companies and Metropolia’s Innovation Hubs.
Successful studies require basic knowledge of physics, mathematics and chemistry. Students choosing the course "Environmental Analysis" are expected to have basic skills in working in a chemistry laboratory and should be familiar with general guidelines related to laboratory safety. More information about course prequalification is available on course descriptions below. Students should choose approximately 30 ECTS. Courses offered for exchange students are changing from semester to semester.
