Objective

After completing the course, the student will recognise the guidance needs of a new student and be able to advise the new student on how to proceed. The student will be able to guide and support the grouping of new students and the formation of social relationships. The student will be able to organise activities with new students and other tutors. The student is able to promote equality and equity at Metropolia through his/her own activities. The student knows the services and electronic environments offered by Metropolia and can advise new students on how to use them. The student is able to evaluate his/her own activities as a tutor.
