Objective

The student is able to evaluate the learning needs of the personnel and the work community and plan, implement and assess the guidance and instruction involved in his/her work. The student has adopted digital pedagogy as the basis of his/her work and is able to apply innovative, effective and varying teaching methods in expert work.
