Objective
The student is able to apply new forms of guidance in customer encounters and the development of customer participation in a digital environment. The student draws from customer experience in the development of guidance. The student integrates customers, networks and multiprofessional interest groups in service development and arrangements, and critically evaluates the customer's need for services and guidance. The student is able to extensively analyze customer data in service arrangements and case management. The student can exploit the benefits of digitalization in the assessment and follow-up of treatment and service needs and as a supporting tool for self-care and decision making.
The student is able connect digital services and sustainable development.

Part 2: Get a deeper insight into the digital service of the episode topic of your interest through a personalized learning exercise. In addition, the exercise includes peer review. The implementation time for this part is 9.11. - 18.12.2020
