Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Analyse and apply different paradigms and models of management from the perspective of diversity management
- Manage diverse workplaces, considering the specific characteristics of the organisation and its services

- Act in accordance to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in management of care of older people
