Objective
The student is able to monitor and supervise the use of human capital, aligned with strategic goals, on organisational, team, and individual level. S/he can identify critical competences, knows how to allocate available resources right, and is able to acquire the necessary competences reflecting the future needs.
The student understands the significance of human capital as a key competitive factor and is able to choose the appropriate appraisal and incentive systems to be used in competence development in any given organisation.
