Objective
Upon completion of the course, student:
• is to use English for effective oral and written managerial communication in a variety of workplace situations
• is able to use terminology related to human resources and management and to construct reasoned and effective arguments in the most challenging interactions
• can adapt his/her communication style and choose the right communication style and channel in an ethically correct way, depending on the target group and situation
• is able to apply the knowledge and communication style learned in an international and multicultural project.

The course includes participation in an international project week (2 credits).

• has a good understanding of the concepts and models of the subject matter of the course and is able to carry out a reasoned analysis
• is able to apply what they have learned in, free time, learning and working life situations
• understands the importance of expertise in the field and is able to analyse their own expertise.
