Objective

Student
- can provide reproductive and sexual health care after normal and abnormal delivery, promoting the health of the birth giver
- is able to care for a healthy new-born baby independently, and under supervision for a new-born baby requiring special care
- is able to provide breastfeeding counselling in accordance with WHO’s Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative and support the birth giver and family in early interaction and parenting
