Objective
The student knows the control and monitoring mechanisms of construction in different phases of the construction project. The student can analyze the built environment. The student can take into account both internal and external stresses on the structures due to weather conditions and operations.

Principles and methods of land use and construction control
Construction project documents and drawing markings
Construction project progress and parties
The most typical building types and main building parts
Heat, water, fire and sound insulation
Drainage of water from the building envelope, roof and surrounding environment
