Objective

Upon completing the course, the student recognizes the key environmental impacts of event organization and understands their causes. They can analyze the ecological footprint of different phases of event production. The student is able to apply the principles of ecological sustainability in the planning and execution of event production. They can identify and utilize environmental responsibility tools, such as carbon footprint calculators and environmental certifications. The student is capable of developing solutions and practices to reduce the environmental impact of events.
