Objective
The student
• is able to explain the factors related to the cause and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders
• can combine previously learned skills and select appropriate assessment and therapy methods for the purpose of supporting musculoskeletal function
• develops their knowledge of evidence-based research and therapy methods to promote musculoskeletal function
• can describe the main issues in rheumatic diseases and fractures and understands the role of physiotherapy as part of the rehabilitation process.

• The most common musculoskeletal disorders, activity and participation limitations as well as pathological processes in their background
• Interaction as part of the client-centred physiotherapy process
• Selection and use of evidence-based physiotherapeutic assessment and therapy methods
• Rheumatic diseases, fractures and their treatment
