Objective
The student
• is able to describe the basics of biomechanics, as well the main factors of motor control and learning related to functional ability
• is familiar with the basics of therapeutic exercise and are able to plan safe and individual therapeutic exercises
• knows how to provide feedback that supports the client’s functional ability.
Content
• Basics of biomechanics
• Motor control, learning and the provision of feedback
• Basics of therapeutic exercise
• Utilising theoretical basics in practical therapeutic exercise and client guidance
Qualifications
Student knows the basics of body functions and structures and assessment of functioning.
