The student can

- analyse the accessibility and effectiveness of digital services from the perspective of older people's needs

- apply user-driven design in the development of age-friendly digital services

The student will be able to:
- define the significance of digitalisation in society, working environments and the future development of services for older people
-describe the accessibility and effectiveness of digital services from the perspective of older people's needs
- examine the ethical implications of digitalisation for services for older people
- apply user-driven service development methods

Students will be able to:
- analyse, in their work, the significance of digitalization in society, working environments and the future development of services for older people
- analyse the accessibility and effectiveness of digital services from the perspective of older people's needs
- analyse the ethical implications of digitalization for services for older people
- apply user-driven service development methods in a variety of ways
