Objective

After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyse the principles of human resources management and their application in the activities of a team leader
- assess the implementation of ethical principles and equality in the management of services for older people
- analyse the opportunities and challenges of ethical leadership and assess the impact of ethical factors in the development of the work community

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student will be able to:
- define the importance of ethical principles in diverse services for older people
- apply ethical principles of services for older people to their activities and management
- apply the principles of human resources management and community-driven culture in supervisory work
- define ethical agency and competence in the work community and their importance for well-being at work

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student will be able to:
- apply ethical principles in their work in diverse services for older people
- implement ethical principles of services for older people to their activities and management
- implement the principles of human resources management and community-driven culture in supervisory work
- analyse ethical agency and competence in the work community and their importance for well-being at work

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student will be able to:
- critically assess ethical principles in diverse services for older people
- critically analyse ethical principles of services for older people in their activities and management
- innovatively apply the principles of human resources management and community-driven culture in supervisory work
- critically analyse ethical agency and competence in the work community and assess their importance for well-being at work and resources

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass
