Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyse the principles of human resources management and their application in the activities of a team leader
- assess the implementation of ethical principles and equality in the management of services for older people
- analyse the opportunities and challenges of ethical leadership and assess the impact of ethical factors in the development of the work community
