Osaamistavoitteet

The students can recognize and assess the needs for research and development that are important for work life and service users. The students learn the general starting points and basics of research and development activities and can apply them to develop working life in their own profession.
The students can acquire, evaluate, and critically justify research-based knowledge and professional practices in their field. The students grasp the basics of critical thinking, forming concepts and theory, and they understand the importance of the conception of knowledge in the development activities. The students base their activities on good research and development ethics and understand the importance of data protection. The students know the basics of planning research and development activities and the contents of the research plan, and they understand the importance of making a research plan.
