Student
- identifies the importance and economic impact of well-being at work for the individual and the organization of oral health care
- identifies aspects of well-being at work in oral health care
- understands the role of the individual as a member of the work community and a component of well-being at work
- is able to act as part of a multidisciplinary team
- understands the importance of interaction, continuous learning and knowledge sharing for the well-being of the work community
- is able to take care of the impact of the oral care work environment on well-being at work and occupational safety
- understands the importance of physical exertion in the work of an oral hygienist, is able to take measures to reduce it and improve the ergonomics of one's own work
- acquires skills as an oral hygienist in self-management, self-direction and development of internal motivation
- is able to develop well-being at work in oral health care at both the individual and organizational level
