The student:
- understands the fundamentals of matrix algebra, complex numbers and differentiation
- can solve standard problems related to these topics

Assessment criteria, good (3)

In addition to satisfactory criteria the student:
- can apply standard matrix and complex number algebra
- can apply differentiation techniques to solve variable engineering problems

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to food criteria the student:
- applies fluently standard analysis methods in different engineering problems
- can critically analyze and evaluate given engineering problems

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student:
- understands the fundamentals of matrix algebra, complex numbers and differentiation
- can solve standard problems related to these topics
