Objective
After completing the study module, the teacher understands the goal of multidisciplinary innovation pedagogy in Metropolia and the curriculum as a guide for implementation. The teacher is able to apply the theory and practices of innovation pedagogy in the design of guidance. He understands the opportunities and challenges of multidisciplinary and the good practices of multidisciplinary team leadership. He / she is able to build co-operation in working life and apply the tools of innovation in guidance. He understands the stages of innovation processes and is able to organize demonstrations. The teacher understands the definitions of innovation competence, the stages of innovation processes and phased learning and multidisciplinary systems. He / she is able to facilitate self-assessment, peer and impact assessment and assist the social partner in the assessment.

In Metropolia as a lecturer for a minimum of 2 semesters. Master's degree. Teacher's pedagogical studies completed.
