Objective

The student is able to define a project, draw a timetable for it and estimate the cost of a project. The student knows the key factors in risk management and understands the main requirements and needed fields of know-how for the project. The student is able to act as a project manager. The student is able to report the results gained in the project and/or of the R&D and estimate the reliability, profitability and ethicality of the same. The student is able apply the results of R&D or a project in his/her own work.

The student has a deep understanding of the nature, the process and the requirements of project work. The student is able to plan a project, make a reliable cost estimation and timetable for his/her project. The student is able to make a reliable report of the results of a project. The student is able to estimate and manage the risks of a project. The student is able apply gained knowledge in his/her own work.
