Objective
Students know the equipment regarding live performance lighting systems. They know their properties, potential uses, operating principles and special requirements of the systems. Students are able to accurately interpret documentation. The students understand the planning principals behind the light-control system. They know how to operate a light-controller. The students understand the use of technology as a part of live performance production and master the job requirements of the field. The students are aware of the inherent safety risks and can take them into account while setting up and using the systems. Students are able to apply their skills into practice.
