Property ManagementLaajuus (15 ECTS)

Objective

The student knows and is able to contract and property rights in rem basic concepts of employment , the relevant provisions of finances and property , the relevant tax regulations. The student is able to apply the substance of the course in terms of ownership, possession and use of the basic laws by real estate jobs. Students are able to obtain , where appropriate, legal information from different sources and to assess the terms of the contract as a legal point of view. After completing this course , students will understand construction projects related to regulatory guidance, driven by the construction of the laws, regulations and guidelines and are familiar with the zoning and other regulatory control of the significance of environmental development and protection of the
Students learn about the Finnish real estate business activities in Finland and outside Finland , and foreign real estate companies ' operations in Finland . The target in this regard is that the student knows how international companies practices and requirements are different from our country taking place within the boundaries of the real estate business . Students learn to real estate development practices with the purpose of changing the use of the property or property by refining , often in new and renovation construction means, can produce added value for the property .

Real Estate and legislative and regulatory control (6 ECTS) : The obligation and a right in rem basics (various contracts , liabilities and guarantees , as well as dynamic protection , labor law ( contract law , labor ) , tax law ( capital gains , the various forms of business and real estate taxation for VAT ) , as well as the legal government, business premises rent of the Land Use and Building Act and Regulation - building Code of A1, A2, F1, G1 , E1 , C1, C2 , C3, building and construction order , build instructions .
The real estate business in Finland and abroad (4 ECTS)
Property development project (5 ECTS).

Opiskelija tunnistaa opintojaksoon liittyvät peruskäsitteet ja toimintatavat sekä osaa ratkaista niihin liittyviä yksinkertaisia tehtäviä.

Edellisen lisäksi opiskelija osaa selittää opintojaksoon liittyvät peruskäsitteet ja toimintatavat sekä osaa soveltaa niitä laajempien tehtävien ratkaisemisessa.

Edellisten lisäksi opiskelija osaa ratkaista vaativimmat analysointia tai perusteluja edellyttävät tehtävät lähes virheettömällä tasolla.
