Objective
The student becomes familiar with the roles, responsibilities and positions of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner as well as the ethical and legal foundations of the development of clinical practices. The student creates his/her individual development plan and understands the significance of self-management in professional growth as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The student is reflective in his/her actions and is able to act and communicate constructively in the work community. The student can analyse his/her actions and personality from the viewpoints of the individual, the work community and managerial / expert work.

- The student creates a portfolio presenting his/her development, professional growth, skills and career motivation.
- The individual study plan is used as a tool for methodical growth into expertise.
