Objective

The student understands the operational environment of Smart Grids. She/he is familiar with the opportunities of Smart Grids in the availability of electrical power and in the efficiency of electrical energy usage. The student manages technologies and services related to Smart Grids.

- Carbon neutral, diverse and renewable energy sources and technologies
- The elasticity of demand and advanced measuring technologies
- Remote monitoring and service

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

(Satisfactory) The student’s performance is sufficient and she/he is showing just enough understanding of the subject to merit a pass grade but requiring greater effort to achieve a more satisfactory result.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

(Good) The student’s performance is good and she/he is showing strong understanding of basic concepts and good grasp of techniques, but with certain minor problems still requiring further action

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

(Outstanding) The student’s performance is excellent and is not only fulfils all standard requirements but demonstrates originality and imagination.
