• Learns what services the companies provide, what the benefits of the services are and how the services relate to each other
• Learns how to manage IT services (IT Service Management, ITIL)

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
On top of the above the student knows well the benefits of IT services and how the services relate to each other and ITIL processes. The student is active in the course.
