Objective

The student concentrates on working individually and carries out a Final Project work. The project deepens his/her knowledge of his/her professional expertise. The student learns to evaluate his/her own expertise and complements those fields of expertise in an appropriate manner.
During carrying out the Final Project the student applies the data search methods relevant to his/her own field of study, adapts previously acquired information with new information and creates new solutions and interpretations. He/she will learn to perceive details when part of a larger context.

• Research problem and target setting (grounding, clarity of definition, relevance)
• Research process (Independence of the process, logic and clarity of the process, data collection and analysis methods)
• Conceptual framework (Depth and breadth, grounding of choices, discussion and synthesis, fit between framework and empirical execution)
• Empirical data collection and analysis (Depth and breadth, documentation, discussion and conclusions of findings)
• Results and implications (Crystallization of findings, relevance and impact for the case organization, results versus objective)
• Research discourse (Presentation of research project (logic), professional writing style, referencing, language and communication)
