After the course, the students:
• understand the meaning of purchasing for a business.
• master the sections of purchasing.
• recognize the procurement strategy and key factors.

Content

The meaning of purchasing in the entrepreneurship.The change in the role of purchasing. Coordinated global procurement. Managing external resources. Purchasing process. Procurement strategy.
