Objective

Students know the physical aspects that affect sound and image recording. Students know the fundamentals of video storytelling and lighting and understand the role of audio expression in storytelling. Students know how to observe and analyze audio and video from a technical and expressive point of view.

Students have fundamental skills in using video editing software and basic camera and sound recording equipment. Students know the fundamentals of audio and video editing. They know the most common work environments and job descriptions in typical media productions.
