Objective

Cinematography and Editing:
Students know the physical factors that affect image recording. Students know the fundamentals of visual storytelling and lighting and they are able to use the basic camera equipment. Students are able to edit a short shot sequence and master the workflow of audio and video material from the shoot to editing, sound post-processing and the making of a screening copy.
Sound Design and Production:
Students know the physical basis of sound. They know how to observe and analyze audio and video from technical and expressive perspectives. Students know the basic equipment of sound production and the main working environments. They understand the role of audio expression in storytelling.
Students know the job descriptions and main recording situations in media productions and are able to assess the factors that affect sound recording.
Students master the fundamentals of sound editing.
