Independent Project Work in Accordance with the Professional ProfileLaajuus (10 ECTS)

Objective

The student knows how to manage different stages of production process and is able to analyze own actions according to pre-established perspectives. The student can present project outcomes and comment on a collegial level projects realized by other producers/managers. Independent project work consist of Metropolia event products, other Metropolia project and development related initiatives; The student’s own event and other productions outside the Metropolia; Research and development related to practical project work.

The passed grade requires that the student is able to create a realistic project plan and implement it. The student demonstrates his/her command of the various stages of the production process. He/she is able to apply, analyze and develop his/her activity in the chosen aspect. The student is able to present his/her project both in written and orally and to bring up the development areas in the final report.
