Objective
Students know how to plan and instruct safe and individual therapeutic exercises. They are able to use various means of education and feedback and consider individual needs in the physiotherapy sessions. Students can apply therapeutic exercise using principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics and motor learning.
Students are capable of planning and instructing patient’s safe assistance and transfer that supports patient’s functional ability.

Instruction of therapeutic exercise using principles of motor learning
Ergonomic principles of assisting patients
Practising patient’s assistance and transfer

Students master professional concepts, and they justify their choices using the comprehensive knowledge base, based on the client’s needs. Students assess systematically the prerequisites and consequences of their own actions.
