Objective

Students become familiar with basics of nanotechnology. Students knows properties of various nanomaterials and production techniques as well as the potential of nanotechnology to solve environmental problems. Students become familiar with various nano-technology equipment.

1. Knows basic concepts of nanotechnology and what are special characteristic of nano-size range. Students knows the most important measuring devices of nanotechnology
2. Student can tell the basic properties of nanomaterials and different manufacturing methods
3. Student can tell the applications of nanotechnology to solve environmental problems
