Magnetic Resonance Imaging Examinations and InterventionsLaajuus (4 ECTS)
Course unit code: SR00AA19
General information
- Credits
- 4 ECTS
Objective
The students learn the physical and equipment basics of magnetic imaging and know how to operate safely in a magnetic examination unit with different kinds of patients. The students will become familiar with contrast media used in magnetic imaging examinations and how they are used. The student will learn what magnetic imaging can be applied for and become familiar with the procedures. The students will also understand the importance of a multiprofessional team and their own responsibility for patient care.
Content
