Objective

On completion of the course the student will
- be able to plan concrete works and to manage the execution
- be able to prepare a concrete plan and document execution records
- be familiar with different mold types
- be able to select concrete for different structures
- be familiar with concreting in cold weather and will know how to cast concrete floors
- be familiar with concreting with special methods
- be familiar with factors affecting the concrete surface finish

The student is able to:
- plan concrete works and to manage the execution

- list different form types
- select concrete for different structures
- describe concreting in cold weather and how to cast concrete floors
- describe concreting with special methods
- list factors affecting the concrete surface finish

The student is able to apply the above listed, learned knowledge and skills independently.

The student is able to give reasons for his or her choices related to the course contents in a comprehensive manner.
