Objective

The student uderstands how CRM-system controls the ECC-customer order delivery system. The student can use the CRM-system beside a customer order delivery system.

Content

To create a CRM-prosess, and the results are CRM-contracts with the customers. Customer delivery is created on the basis of contracts.

To pass the course means that the students have to know the basic functions of the exercises.

To pass the course with the grade "good" means that the students have to know the basic functions of the exercises and alsohave knowledge in practice.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

To pass the course with the grade "excellent" means that the students have to know the basic functions of the exercises and also have knowledge in practice. Also advanced support to business is needed.
