Objective

The students outline and practice not only their own special field but also the entire process of fiction by carrying out work tasks. Thus, the following interrelated elements are understood: technical, artistic, productional and social components.

The students can plan and execute shooting and editing of a short film using the equipment of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

Content

Fiction film scene rehearsals are based on the scripts composed during the course "Scriptwriting: Fiction 1". The students focus on managing, planning, and executing the entire fiction film process and train the specific professional skills under supervision. The students carry out duties in their own field of specialization and take part in other tasks, as well.
