Project Management and AdministrationLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

Students learn the principles and methods of project management as well as utilisation of projects in leadership and development projects. They learn the special features and differences between development projects and innovative projects. Students familiarise themselves with project tools and learn to use them in project management. They are able to draw up a project plan, lead a project and evaluate the results in relation to the objectives set for it.

Content

Special features of projects, project plans and implementations. Project leadership and administration. Tasks of project organisations and teams. Allocation of resources. Risks of projects and methods of evaluation.
