Objective
The course helps students to understand and manage individual and interpersonal behaviour in organisations and understand some of the interrelated elements that contribute to effective multicultural management. The course helps to develop knowledge and skills needed for functioning effectively in international business and understanding the interrelationships of organizational behaviour and crucial elements such as culture, technology and environment, and internal factors such as organizational culture, leadership, organizational structures, teams, motivation and communication.

Management and leadership in organizations, theories and practices.
History of organisations and structures and organizational options.
Organizational cultures; cultural change in organisations
Differences of work cultures in international trade; marketing across cultures
Teams, motivation and communication and personalities in leadership.

The student understands what organisational behaviour and management mean for a succesfull organisation and completes the case assigment properly.
