The student will be able to have an active role in process development processes. The student will be able to document a process with a process development tool.

Content

Basic concepts and terminology of process mapping and development. Performance development and building the scrorecards.

The student understands the principles of process develoment. He/she is able to define processes and to analyze them and give new ideas.

The student understands the principles in process develoment. He/she is able to define processes and analyze them and give new well defined ideas.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands how orgnizational processes are developed and is able to define them well. He/she is able to utilize process develoment methods, can analyze and plan new solutions. The student is an active team member in the project work.
