Objective

After this course, the students
- Understand the impact of the ERP system in a firm; the organizational perspective to the ERP systems.
- Have a holistic overview of the ERP systems, the structure, characteristics, and modes of use.
- Have learned the basics of using the system.

Content

The objectives of this course is to
1) familiarize with the ERP systems
2) to understand how the ERP systems are related to the business processes
3) understand the challenges with the ERP implementation and use,
4) practice the use of an ERP system
