Objective

The student understands logistics services as a part of business operations. He/she learns how to create logistics strategies and learns the role of inventories in the company’s value chain. In internationalization especially procurement of external logistics services and outsourcing become important for business development.

Logistics strategies and development. Inventory management. Outsourcing of logistics services and procurement (3PL and 4PL). Risk Management in supply chain
